General Manager
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hotels, along with business administration course, Time Management and HACCP .
He became part of Target Group in 2005 and brings over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, including casual dining, fast food, cafes, and international brands.
He is accountable for creating and executing business strategies aimed at boosting growth and profitability.
This includes analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to enhance results, as well as optimizing processes and increasing productivity across multiple departments.
Maged El Arabi
Eslam Sayed
Financial Manager
Holds a BCom in Accounting and Finance from El Azhar University in Cairo at 2005, Studied CMA Certificate and IFRS Diploma, Currently FMVA Certificate .
He became part of Target Group in 2007 and has progressed through the Finance department over the course of 17 years, starting as a Financial Accountant and advancing to his current position.
He possesses extensive experience and expertise in areas such as accounting, auditing, taxation, the preparation and analysis of financial statements, cash flow management, financial control, and the generation of financial reports.
Operation Manager
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ain Shams University, graduated in 2009.
Has experience in the food and beverage industry, starting as a barista and advancing to the role of Operations Manager at Target for Touristic Investments. Currently pursuing a course in Management and Leadership.

With a bachelor’s degree in Law and over 15 years of experience in sales at leading FMCG companies in the Egyptian market, He holds exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills.
Our sales manager plays a crucial role in setting strategic goals and guiding Target Group toward success.
